Audience Builder
Capture leads from call-to-action forms on your site, store them safely, and forward them up to your hub for CRM-style follow-up.
What it does
You build CTA forms, place them on any page, and submissions land on your own site first — then forward automatically to your hub’s lead collector. From there they can flow to external tools like Go High Level (CRM) or Mailgun (email). Nothing is lost if the hub is briefly unreachable.
Build a form
- Open Audience Builder and click New Form.
- Define the fields (name, email, phone, custom selects), set required flags, and write the submit message.
- Save, then paste the form’s shortcode onto any page.
Make as many forms as you like — a “Join the List” on the home page, a “Book a Call” on services — each with its own shortcode and its own lead stream.
Leads & export
The Leads tab shows every capture with search, filter, and detail view. Export to CSV for spreadsheets or Markdown for documents, or print a clean per-lead sheet.
Hub forwarding & CRM
Submissions forward to the hub the moment they arrive; the Sent Queue tracks each one. If a forward fails (network blip, hub down), hit Retry. Connector settings let you wire leads onward to GHL or Mailgun.
Tips
Leads are saved locally before forwarding — you won’t lose data if the hub is unreachable. Check the Sent Queue now and then and retry any failures.
