Articles Manager

The single home for your site’s articles — one place where articles are stored and presented, whether you write them by hand or they arrive from a content pipeline.

What it does

Articles Manager is the canonical article store. It lists every article, lets you edit, feature, and pin them, and renders them on the public site. You manage presentation here; the underlying articles can come from manual entry or automated content tasks.

Getting started

  1. Open Articles Manager to see all articles as a list.
  2. Create or edit an article — title, body, image, and metadata.
  3. Use Feature / Pin to surface an article at the top of listings and on the home page.
  4. Embed the article feed on a page, or link to individual articles.

Featuring & ordering

Pinning keeps an article at the top of the listing; featuring promotes it to the home/featured slot. Both are toggles on the article — no need to re-sort by hand.

Social share & tracking

Articles include a share action, and shares/clicks are tracked so you can see which pieces travel. Sharing uses each article’s title, image, and link for a clean preview on social platforms.

Tips

Articles are additive — new ones publish alongside existing ones and stay visible. Featuring changes prominence, not whether an article is published.
