Beyond the base platform

Platform Extensions

Luminal Open CMS handles the work most sites need. Some sites need something the base platform was never meant to cover — a members-only trading floor, a card marketplace, a booking desk for venues. These are extensions: modules that install into the same CMS, share its data model and its admin, and are built for a vertical rather than for everyone.

Each one below is running in production on a site we operate. None of them is a mock-up.

Need an extension that isn’t here? Roll your own. Luminal is built to be a foundation you build upon — extensions install into a standard instance, so there is no separate product to migrate to and no fork to maintain. The module contract is public and documented, which means the vertical you need can simply be built. Start from the base platform and add what your work actually requires.

Financial

Stock Trading Sandbox

Running on brightborn.agency

A market analysis and paper-trading environment. AI agents take investor personas and argue positions against live market and prediction-market data; a dashboard tracks monitors and outcomes; an arena editor manages the agents themselves — their avatars, strategies and behaviour. Built for people who want to reason about markets without risking a position to do it.

Market Monitor · Market Analyst · Arena Manager · Financial Platform Menu

Community & commerce

Trading Cards & Memberships

Running on strawhatfits.com

A collectible card platform for gamers, with the membership layer that makes a community work: invite and subscription tiers, referral tracking, badges, member-to-member trading, moderation, and coupons. Cards, trades, messages and members are first-class objects in the CMS rather than a bolted-on store.

Card Manager · Membership Manager · Payment Providers

Music

Music Agency & Venue Booking

Built for the musician network

An artist directory with public profiles, an agency-side booking desk, and event management wired to the venues that host them. Artists get a portal and a page; venues get a calendar and a booking pipeline; events publish to the site and to social automatically. Podcasts and press coverage attach to the same artist records.

Artist Portal · Events Manager Pro · Facebook Events · Audience Builder

Broadcast

Radio & Podcast Network

Commercial — ask about availability

Multi-tenant podcast-radio stations, each with a live playlist programmer, an always-on player, and an episode library assembled from a shared catalogue. Production, publishing and distribution for shows built to be found as much as heard.

Podcast Suite · PodRadio · Broadcast Control

Studio

Live Video Studio

Commercial — ask about availability

A native WebRTC studio: a room per show, a participant per person on camera, signed per-guest join links that cannot be replayed as a director link, and a clean browser source for OBS. Media is peer-to-peer; only signalling is relayed.

CRM & Lead Capture

Available on request

Forms, lead capture and audience building across a whole network, with leads aggregated to a master site and pushed into an external CRM where one is already in use. Every site feeds the same pipeline instead of keeping its own island of contacts.

Audience Builder · Audience Collector · GHL Connector

Every extension here runs on the same core described in why Luminal exists, and is deployed by the same harness covered on the pricing page.

Add-on · Automation

Agentic Scheduler & Harness

The engine behind the autonomous work: scheduled agents that write, publish, audit and report on their own — with a harness around them that decides whether the output is fit to ship.

  • Scheduled agent tasks — content, audits, social publishing and reporting, on a cadence you set, per site or across a fleet.
  • A harness, not just a cron. Output is validated before it is published; work that comes back incomplete is refused rather than shipped.
  • Every run is recorded — what ran, what it produced, and whether it succeeded, so a silent failure cannot hide behind a green tick.
  • Directed from the CLI, so setting up a job is a conversation rather than a form to fill in.

Scheduled tasks and pipelines are covered in the documentation.

Add-on · Server hardening

Server Sentinel

The platform is open source, so its security cannot rest on nobody reading the code — and it doesn’t. What is absent by architecture stays absent. What needs watching gets Sentinel: an AI-native daemon running on your server, apart from the CMS.

  • Outside the application. A compromised site cannot switch off a daemon it has no access to.
  • Owns the server’s security configuration and reasserts it on every scan, so drift and well-meaning edits do not quietly undo your hardening.
  • Scores live traffic and blocks sources as they turn hostile, rather than waiting for a signature update.
  • Proves it is enforcing. A self-test endpoint returns the running build, so “protected” is something you can check from outside — not a green light on a dashboard.

That last point exists because we found the opposite in our own stack: a guard reporting itself healthy while enforcing nothing. Sentinel was built so that cannot happen quietly.

Available for Luminal sites today. Ask about coverage for servers you already run — or read the full security argument behind it.
